Last Sunday, (because I’m Greek Orthodox) my family and I celebrated Easter. In our family, Easter is by far the biggest holiday we celebrate. Bigger than Christmas, bigger than Thanksgiving… it’s huge! So we crammed roughly 70 loud Greeks into our house and had a blast! Every year my Papou (Grandpa) roasts 2 full lambs on a spit, and the rest of my family cook a ton of food… it’s a lot of work but well worth it! Easter was held at my mom’s house this year, and after all the eating I did I nearly fell asleep driving back to the city! But all in all it was a success, and I can’t wait until next year!
